Last Saturday Addendum

There are also some pics of the event up at Flickr over on the right tool bar with one of my favorites at the top here. If you're in the process of scrolling down though, go on down and read James' report of the D&D session. I had a good time as I always do storytelling and folks seemed to enjoy it. From here on however, it looks like a gentleman named Nakia has been kind enough to step forward to take on the helm of doing D&D. I won't post his email here to become absorbed by Nigerian chain scam letters but if you're interested in D&D, send it to us and we'll pass it on.

Saturday was fun!!!!!

I wanted to add my two cents worth about Saturday. The event was great! We had over 50 people show up and it was a blast to see everyone enjoying the games. Star Wars Battlefront is a very cool looking game and Burnout 3 seemed to be the most popular as ususal. We will be adding a couple of new games for the next event. I hope that you all can come. Saturday Success

We had another great turnout for the Saturday Gaming event. It was great to see you gamers, that I have not seen in a while. We added Star Wars BattleFront II, Dead or Alive 3, MECHAssault, and Godzilla Destroy All Monsters MELEE! BattleFront, DOA3, and Godzilla can have as many as 4 players at once. That kept the games moving, so there was little to no waiting.

We had three projectors setup and I think we have finally worked out the bug with the lighting, so it's easier to see the projections. The 32" TVs looked great also. I had a chance to do battle in a Mech and cause major traffic problems with Burnout 3. We should have some pictures up soon.

Our Friends from NetPlayCafe brought more consoles and games. And thanks to the Friends of the Library we plan to by more games soon.
